The service

HuddleText provides community text messaging: group chats where members exchange messages, announcement lists where organizers send messages to subscribers, and sponsorships where local businesses support a group's messages. By creating an account or joining a group you agree to these terms.

SMS messaging program

• Program: HuddleText community group messaging by HuddleText.
• Opt-in: you join by texting a join keyword (such as JOIN with your name) to a group's number, by verifying your phone number on this website, or by asking a group organizer to add you. You will receive a welcome message confirming your enrollment.
• Message frequency varies by group and its activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from that number. Reply LEAVE to leave a specific group. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact kaminappraisals@gmail.com.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, or content that violates carrier messaging policies (including prohibited categories such as illegal substances or phishing). Organizers are responsible for having consent from the people they add to their groups and lists. We may suspend accounts or groups that violate these rules.

Payments, credits, and earnings

Message credits are prepaid and consumed per text sent (unused credits do not expire while your account is active). Sponsorships are prepaid budgets consumed per delivered message. Earnings accrue to leader and member balances and are paid out manually on request via the payout method you choose. All prices are shown before purchase.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee delivery of any particular message. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months. These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
