Information we collect

When you use HuddleText, we collect the information you provide: your name, mobile phone number, email address (for organizer and sponsor accounts), and the content of messages sent through the service. We also collect delivery records (whether a message was delivered) needed to operate the service and calculate earnings and billing.

How we use it

To deliver group messages and announcements you signed up to receive
To operate accounts, earnings, credits, and sponsorships
To send service messages you request (login codes, welcome messages, delivery settings)
To prevent abuse and comply with law

Text messaging consent and your mobile information

You opt in to text messages by texting a join keyword (such as JOIN) to a group's number, by verifying your phone number on our website, or by asking a group organizer to add you — after which you immediately receive a welcome message with opt-out instructions. Message frequency varies by group. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as our messaging and payment processors), and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information. Sponsored messages show a sponsor's text to a group, but sponsors never receive members' phone numbers or message content.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to block all texts from that number
Reply LEAVE to leave a specific group
Log in at agentamare.com/huddle/chat with your phone number to manage delivery settings or leave groups
Email us to request deletion of your information
